"This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. "Great hotel, clean and spacious room, and very friendly staff. Helpful front desk crew and easy to communicate with front desk in English. Short walk to beach and close distance to shops downtown and old town area. Easy access to bus stations (we took the bus to old town when we didn’t want to walk). Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. "Whilst the hotel is reasonably smart it’s overpriced in my opinion. Pillows are poor, rooms small and it was very noisy so poor sleep quality. Roof top pool has very few sunbeds and we found it impossible to get a space so this amenity was not available. Staff were pleasant."

"My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard !
