"Our stay at Il Magàn was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Staying in Corniglia was perfect for us, as it is the smallest and least busy of the five towns. It served as a great home base to explore between our time in the other towns. The breakfast was our favourite part of the stay. There was no additional cost (which we had in almost every other place we stayed), it offered great variety, and the portions were large! You can literally pick anything/as much as you’d like off...

"The location of the hotel is spot on. The staffs are super accommodating and helpful. We stayed for a day only though we were booked for two days. If not for the unpredictability of the trains' schedules, we would have stayed the full two days so we could enjoy La Spezia to the fullest. Other than that, the accommodation was super and so reasonably priced. "

"David and Roberta are fabulous hosts. They provided information for our visits and would spend as much time as you want to ensure you have all the information you need. The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. "The area is amazing. The place was large enough for the five of us, two parents traveling with three teenagers. The air-conditioning worked great. The only thing I did not like was the swimming in Vernazza…. Kind of murky and smelly. But, the apartment is awesome. "

The access to the apartment key was easy, and we were greeted by the rental company where we were escorted to the apartment. There were a a lot of stairs however, to get the view from our balcony was well worth it . "

"Charming studio apartment located right off the main street in Vernazza. Clean, roomy and conveniently located to food, the train stations and trails to Corniglia and Monterosso. Only one downside...the stairs are numerous, steep and uneven. You might have difficulties if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble with stairs."
