We had a nice stay at Ça Sagredo. The location is great from which to explore Venice, conveniently located right next to a ferry stop. It’s a nice distance from the popular attractions in Venice - walkable but not too close to where it is overwhelmingly teeming with tourists. The rooftop terrace is also a nice amenity.

The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more Money but that was fine New room perfect I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement But overall lovely Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely Super clean Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful Overall a wonderful stay .

10/10 service, everyone was super friendly and helpful! Great location, clean & spacious rooms! The only downside was the staff told us breakfast was until 11am so when we went down at 10:40, they said it was over. Overall, would recommend!

Our room was amazing, but the entire breakfast staff were all very rude. The chef was the only competent person on the crew. Though the architecture of this hotel is very beautiful, and well maintained, we would never stay at this Hotel again. Christopher, at the front desk, was the only competent and knowledgeable employee on the property, other than the chef. The rest of the staff were beyond rude. None of them belong in the service business.

Wonderful staff and a lovely boutique hotel on the Grand Canal with a 5 min walk from main areas! Private water taxi dock makes getting in / out incredibly easy! Second stay, would come back again!

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

The hotel is spectacular with its history and decoration you feel very special from arriving on the entrance from the dock on the Grand canal. But the real treasure is the staff of the Ca Segredo who all did everything they could to make our stay a truly wonderful experience. Thank you all we can't wait to come back 😎

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

The hotel is lovely with many unique features. The room was clean, comfortable, well appointed. The Sagredo family house from which the hotel is created is from the 17th century- amazing architecture and decor.

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was pretty friendly and they helped us get a water taxi on a day of a strike to make it to the train on time. Breakfast was not included in our stay and the breakfast buffet option seemed a little overpriced for what it was but the space where breakfast was served was beautiful. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel.
