"Surprisingly good considering surrounding properties. Wonderful pool, everything very clean. Housekeeping staff was great. Bath had new farmhouse style sink and tub/surround were recently refurbished. Would stay here again. The restaurant on site (not affiliated with the hotel) is very good for breakfast and lunch). Publix is a 5 minute walk (or less). "

"Room was pretty clean. Staff was kind. It is basic basic. Our window curtain was broke so didn’t get much sunlight in the room. Pillows were HORRIBLE. I called them cotton balls. Bed was not that comfy. "

"Very clean, surprisingly comfortable. Pool was nice. They need to get rid of the worn and stained couch that doesn’t fit well in the room and replace the chair. I didn’t touch them. "

"So the pictures they post are fake. The room wasn’t bad until we noticed that the shower thing wasn’t really cleaned-I showered with sandals on no biggie. And the window had been bashed in. The ac was super moldy. It’s a little roadside motel, the owners seemed nice and it’s the cheapest price you’ll find for Venice, but it was definitely sketchy. I found myself trying to book a last minute stay in other places but kept talking myself out of it because they don’t provide refunds-once you pay for your stay that’s it. Side note I think they may make fake accounts to provide reviews in order to hide the real reviews…I’ll be checking multiple sites next time for reviews and not paying until I see the room "
