This place was incredibly poor. The air conditioning in one room was so weak that the room temperature was around 30c. We had to move mattresses from one room to the main one due to the heat. There is mold on every wall. The place is old, but this did not factor into the score. The WiFi was incredibly slow compared to other places we stayed at in Italy. Overall terrible experience all around.

This apartment has uneven cracking floors and loud squeaky doors. There was a lack of amenities such as kitchen towels, cooking supplies, and bedding. They left two dishwasher pods for a family of seven staying three nights, and when I asked for more they told me I needed to buy it myself. There was no drain plug for the kitchen sink. One bedroom only had a partial wall and all noises traveled to this bedroom making it a challenge to sleep in. There was also a closet in one bathroom that had a locked door with a loud machine sound coming from it at all times, even with the bathroom door closed. The luggage storage area is accessible to all guests who have the code so your luggage is at risk if you use this feature. The laundry area is also shared making it inconvenient to use.

We stayed here recently and overall, it was just okay. The location was definitely a plus it’s in a good area with stores and shops nearby, which we really liked.However the Wi-Fi was extremely poor — it barely worked the entire time, which was frustrating.( Specially with teen kids)The bathroom had no place to put my toothbrush or hang a towel, which made things inconvenient. The floor in the room was uneven and gave the odd sensation of being on a ship. On top of that, the AC was super loud, which made it hard to relax or sleep well. It wasn’t the worst stay, but definitely not somewhere I’d return to.

Okay, here's a condensed version of the review, aiming for under 1500 characters while keeping the main points and tone: --- **Title: Stay Away! Horrible "Apartment Hotel" Experience.** This "apartment hotel" was a nightmare. Communication was awful: constant, confusing demands for a "Venice tourist tax" via email/WhatsApp before arrival felt like harassment. The apartment itself, a 20-min walk from the boat, was infested with flying insects (bedroom, bathroom, living room, on everything) due to a window that wouldn't close. The toilet seat was damaged. Hot water was unreliable – scalding then cold if two used it, with fluctuating pressure. The shower was tiny. The bedroom AC was broken; staff said, "It's not supposed to work." Why have it? A stranger (staff?) entered our room unannounced while I was undressed – a huge privacy breach! The advertised dryer was broken. Three attempts, same error. We had to hang clothes in the humid apartment; they were still damp days later in Florence (I'm writing this in damp underwear!). The final bill was insulting: CA $180.96 in "Taxes & Fees" PLUS CA $31.38 "Payable at property." For this total, we could've had a 5-star hotel! What we got was nothing like the description (even the address felt off) and non-refundable. Furious and disgusted. How is this place still open? Avoid!

Logement très agréable, et largement spacieux pour 4 personnes. Néanmoins, il manque des accroches serviettes dans les sdb et un porte manteau dans l’entrée. Le système de code pour rentrer est très pratique pas de perte de clés.

Self contained little unit. Only negative was there are no hooks to hang towels.

Déception

Les instructions pour l’arrivée sont très claires et l’enregistrement très pratique. L’appartement est vaste et propre. Nous avons été cependant très déçus car s’il convient pour 8 couchages, la vaisselle est réduite et il est impossible d’utiliser la terrasse car toutes les chaises sont cassées. La photo ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons eu. Nous lançons signalé à l’arrivée mais rien n’a été fait durant notre séjour.

Cómodo pero te bañarás con agua fría

Baño tipo Alaska: El agua caliente en la ducha va y viene .. fue molesto ya que está haciendo mucho frío y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua tibia y la mayor parte del tiempo helada. No tiene agua caliente ya que le tienen un regulador de tiempo al tanque y te tienes que bañar en 3 minutos por que de lo contrario le cae agua helada

The photos of the property made it look like it was far nicer than it was: no place to put toiletries or hang towels in the bathroom (we moved a bookshelf & a very wobbly round table from the living room into the bathroom), mattress sunk at least 3" in the center, outlet next to the bed would not hold a converter (dangerous, had to plug my CPAP machine in using an outlet outside the bedroom, coffee make quit working after the 1st cup was made, coffee cup was stained (pathetic cleanliness), cleaning mop and bucket was not put away. Would not recommend this property. It is overpriced for what it offers.

We walked in to a clean and clean apartment. So charming!!! But it was a horrible 2 nights for us because both Aair conditioners did not work!!! Only blew out warm air and it was so hot and humid at night! We ended up opening all the windows to stay cool and the mosquitos definitely had a feast with our family of 6. I called and left voice mails and messages via WHATSapp and no response until after we checked out. Because of this, the overall stay would be a 2 out of 5. Would not recommend. PS. 2 washers and 2 dryers—both did not work and had ERROR on the monitors.

The property had very low ceilings and we felt a bit claustrophobic as it wasnt as spacious as we thought. The floors were also slanted and the bed was angled so the blood felt like it was rushing to our heads. The bed wasnt made up properly and there was a giant stain on one of the blankets that made me feel like the beds weren't clean. We didn't have a great experience in apartment 5 unfortunately.

Apt was nice but maintenance issues

Very convenient location. Apt was nice, has a kitchen to cook but we did not cook. 2 bedroom 2 bath is nice and hard to come by. You will feel like your in an escape room trying to find the place then the multiple door codes for various doors 😉 There were several areas of concern. That we found where maintenance is not being taken care of. We booked this specifically for the laundry. That we thought was within the apt. Instead it was a laundry area. It had 2 washers and 2 dryers. Only 1 washer and dryer worked and the dryer that was working takes forever. We contacted property via email they requested a video. I made video and sent it and theyvnever responded back. This basically ruined an enitre day for us. We were trying to make sure we didnt prevent someone else from needing to get to washer or dryer but also that our clothes didn't disappear. This we extremely frustrating to say the least. It was an all day exp to wash some clothes Shower by the bathrooms which was larger bathroom the upper shower head mount was lose. Big issue in bedroom straight ahead of hall. The ac is not properly vented and allows the extremely hot air to blow into room. We sweat the first night not knowing what the issue was. The second night i figured it out. We used one of our towels to help keep heat from blowing in the room. They should really have someone go in and address the various issues.

You will receive all instructions for your stay the day before and on the day. Instructions were clear. It is a beautiful place. We truly loved the apartment. It made the stay in Venice wonderful. The views from the apartment are beautiful as well.
