Hotel murah di Venice

"Crumbs were on top of one of the beds when we arrived and crumbs under the sink. Refrigerator & microwave both showed signs of rust. On the plus side, stay was very quiet"

"The hotel was an older property but was put together well during the last remodel. However the maintenance was falling behind. Missing a knob on one night stand, a couple of sticky drawers. The bathroom had clean floor, tub/shower and toilet. The towel bars needed to be wiped down though. When using the hot tub in the room, a dozen small ants came out of the water return for the jets as the tub filled. These were the only ants we discovered during the short stay."

"The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

"Absolutely the WORST place I have ever seen.. I never checked in .. This place needs to be condemned !!! Dirty isn't even close to describing it . Pathetic !!! I asked for a refund and said have to get it thru Expedia.. Called Expedia.. NO human to talk to and could get NO WHERE with getting refunded ..Worst experience with Expedia and this whole deal.. Only hope NO ONE else falls for the hype of getting cheated by booking companies that take your money and can't get it back ."

"There was no soap by the sink, no place to get water, and there were stains on the upholstery. This stay was definitely not worth what we paid for it."

"The hotel was getting some renovations done but it was all just a mess. There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. I had to call several numbers before someone came out. They also would not let me change my card on...

"Will say it had only minimum to rate a 1. Ceiling over bed and shower peeling. Breakfast a joke. A few pieces of bed and jelly, and cereal in dispensing containers that were probably old. TV had to be reset by non English speaking staff that only had one remote to do so. Room key had to be rest nearly every day."
