"Had to wait a bit to check in as the person on duty was elsewhere on the property. Signs say it’s a non smoking facility yet when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was quickly switched and the employee immediately went to the first room with what looked to be an ozonizer to rectify the problem. "The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still
not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."

"This was a fabulous resort right on the beach! Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided daily, the entire place was super clean, and housekeeping came daily. Our AC unit quit working one afternoon and maintenance immediately replaced it. What a wonderful place to vacation!"
