Good but…
Great location immediate access to bars restaurants. Good secure parking. In room Bathroom with glass door although part frosted not very private. Air con only part working. Bed not comfy. Too soft. Bit noisy as central and had 1st floor. Party outside Fri and sat night.

It was not so good as the room we had was very noisy, the parking area is very small ( and several slots used by hotel employees). In front of one of the windows in the room there was a huge amount of pitch dirt and the window itself was also full of it. So all in all not so much appriciated.

Comfortable and convenient
Located centrally and is walkable distance to the shopping streets. I will choose it again next time. The staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very comfortable and big.

Love this hotel!
Second time at this hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else! Clean, modern, efficient, unique and great value. Big spacious rooms, good breakfast and very cool cozy little bar downstairs. One of my favourite hotels in Europe!

The noise outside destroyed the experience
Nice big rooms - splendid shower - Great setup and luxury Rituals amenities could have provided a nice experience, but our room we booked was close towards the party area outside with noise from party goers till early morning. It ruined the supposed nice stay. This hotel should do something about it as it ain’t giving the venue the value it deserves.

My stay was ok I couldn’t work while having breakfast as there was no Free WiFi. The restaurant wanted to use my Facebook account for letting me use the WiFi. That makes no sense when I had already paid for my stay including the WiFi.

Good location with modern style and nice bar.
Clean and great location with parking garage. Only minus is the church bell that rings and the sound is not blocked - but this generic due building style and close location.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Venlo close to everything you need, including shopping and eating. Our room was stylish, modern and spacious and looked out of the market square. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was good with a fair amount of choices. Would recommend this hotel

Monday nights in Venlo...😳
Great hotel, but Monday evenings in Venlo means that there are few restaurant options. I ended up eating in the hotel. A little more expensive than the local restaurant, but the food was fine.

Location. It is right in front of the main square. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shower & bath are spacious and modern. The only less satisfying aspect of my stay is the air conditioning unit. It just blew ambient air no matter how low you set the thermostat to. Overall, I would come back again,

A hotel in 2 parts!
The hotel is very modern & clean, however it is in a pedestrian only zone! After finding the underground car park and calling reception, I was told that car parking space is limited and as I had not booked a parking space I could not use the hotel car park. Had I known that booking a parking space was mandatory if you want to use the car park, I would have done so, this is something that needs to be added to the Hotels.com website. I am disabled and have a blue disabled parking permit, but no exceptions were made and I had to park some 200m from the hotel entrance and walk with my suitcase to get to the hotel. After waking and finding the hotel, there was some confusion about finding our room! I was told it was on the second floor, but not that there is only one lift that can be used to access the rooms and this is situated about 25m from the reception desk through a door that can be accessed with your room key! I went up in the nearest lift to the reception desk only I was unable to find any rooms, I had unknowingly used the theatre lift and this should only be use to gain access to the breakfast dining room and there is not room access from it! After much walking about, I finally found access to the rooms and found my room. This was a decent size with a en-suit separated from the room by just frosted glass panels! There was a empty mini fridge provided which unfortunately did not work. The room was hot and the air conditioning would heat but not cool! Not to impressed!

Best hotel to stay in Venlo
For me this is absolutely the best hotel in Venlo if you want to stay in the city. The rooms are of a decent size, clean, nice contemporary interieur and a comfortabel bed. The reception desk is in the theater and the service is very well and pleasant. The only negatieve is that the hotel bar is not very busy and you need to get out if the hotel for some action. Enough places to eat and drink within 50 meters, so it’s an easy one to accept.

Great city location and very comfortable rooms
The hotel car parking has a lift that takes you directly to the rooms which was convenient. The city location is perfect for exploring on foot. Don't take your bags from the car into the lift before checking in however, because the reception desk is down a flight of stairs and around the corner in an adjacent building, so sort out the check-in first, then collect your luggage.

Great location, new, clean and spacious rooms
Only stayed one night, liked the location and the rooms are new, comfortable and spacious. Small adjustments could be made, like a USB charging point, improvement of air circulation in shower (mirror stayed fogged for 30 minutes), the floor in wet area was slippery when wet, a simple alarm clock would be nice.
