"The property was clean and modern, the breakfast was varied and filling and there was good ventilation in the room. But most importantly, the staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating. From the cleaning staff, to the front desk everyone was lovely which made my stay really pleasant."

"Sauberes Hotel, mit geräumigem Zimmer. Leider führte der Weg zum Zimmer über eine enge sehr befahrene Strasse ohne Bürgersteig. Das Personal in den Restaurants ist ein Wenig überfordert, aber die Pizza ist sensationell gut."

"Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia."

"The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance to many restaurants. Approximately 20 mins to train station and ferry. Rooms are quite large, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were spacious, however, the hot water was limited. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to check into our rooms early and they arranged private transport to the airport. Depending on where your room is located, noise could be an issue. Our room was located near the main entrance...

"The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. "
