"This place was pretty rough. The floor of the room was sticky like it hadn’t been mopped. When I first arrived, there was a large pile of dirty sheets directly blocking the door to the room. I told a staff member at the front desk who offered to help, and 3 hours later they still were not gone. Nobody answered when I called the front desk. I went down again to tell them about the sheets, and I was told that the previous staff member who I told about the dirty sheets “wasn’t on shift.” Interesting how people can walk from outside to behind the front desk and ask a customer how they can help, while not on shift. And then proceed to do nothing about it. Lastly, whoever did the recent paint job clearly wasn’t very good because they left the electric socket to where the panel is basically hanging out of the wall. "

"Paid $400/night and then got charged another $40 (plus tax) for a Resort Fee. No pool, no golf, no outdoor space, nothing Resort. The only “amenties” were a tiny plastic bottle of water (the tap water is fine) and really crappy imitation Keurig coffee. we checked out to find that 2 days of $28/day “self parking” came to $103. Don’t bother. "

"I can't believe the latte shop is not open on Sunday morning and not opening til 2pm. It is not an excuse if worker didn't show up. There should be someone to cover."

"The room was clean, our daughter had fun at the pool and dinner at the restaurant was great. "

"We were there for mt biking and it was perfect for bringing our bike in. The room was very clean, roomy fridge, table for breakfast etc. Need to bring dishware or cooking basics. The bedding was simple with sheets and light, fluffy comforterr that was warm and weightless. The staff was super helpful, friendly and professional. We wanted simple, budget lodging to sleep after busy days out and this worked. There is also a good coffee roaster cafe a few blocks east, and Top of India restaurant to the west. Very convenient! "Nice room. Property was new. Very clean. Nice amenities, but no microwave in room. Great size TV (had Netflix). Bathroom was great. Nice shower, great water pressure, blue tooth mirror, but no grab bars. Close to airport. Airport shuttle is an Uber (fyi). Pet peeve, no luggage stands."

"Property was immaculate, the restaurant was very very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. When I had a small issue with a broken thermostat maintenance was there in 5 min and had it fixed in under 5. And with a friendly attitude as well. "

"Perfect hotel! Was a stop on our way back home with our toddler. The hotel is brand new, clean and spacious. The room we had had a large kitchenette in it, perfect for a family. They also had a pack n play available for us for our toddler to sleep in. Nice pool an great breakfast. 10/10 would recommend. Only issue was the people above our room were loud at 12:30pm and woke myself up, but that’s no fault of the hotels. "
