"The room was clean, but my stay was not the best. The person staying across the hall allowed her child to run laps up and down the hallway, screaming and banging on doors. The mother was shouting down the hall and threatening her daughter that she would lock her out of the room and slamming the door, saying that she’s going to let someone murder her if she didn’t get in the room. All of this was at 6am.
I figured I would get up because sleep was impossible and went down to get breakfast around...

She did not apologize for that mistake and just said ok I will assign another room for you. Did not acknowledge her mistake and I had to go back and forth and line up again because of that mistake.
