"I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it so I hooked it again. Everything, hotel, room, jacuzzi in the room were amazing. Check-in was great.
Two downsides: the bed was not great, kinda lumpy. But what really turned me off was checkout. I was in line behind another guest while the two employees at the desk chatted away with their guest, literally about their homes and other personal topics etc which went on and on as the line behind me grew. The employees had zero sense of urgency to help anyone else including not even noticing the growing line. I eventually got fed up, put my room keys on the desk and walk away explaining how ridiculous it was. That got the agents attention, too late.
Other than that I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "
