"I only ever stay at the Peppermill while in Reno. I’ve been staying here for decades and it’s always been consistent on cleanliness, friendliness and great food. Rooms are cheap, gaming is fun and food is good. I always have a great time here."
"Hotel is always clean and has lots of good amenities including lots for families with kids. The shower head in our room needs to be replaced. It was not really adjustable and not very powerful."

"We enjoyed our stay at Western Village Always felt safe which was important to us. Our room was comfortable accept for the dirty carpet. The cleaning staff took great care of us and were very kind. Conny and Jessica were very kind. All of the people in the casino were also kind and helpful.

"The property was very nice anc clean. Problem was a lot of the venues were closed and there was not much to do if you are not a gambler. The restaurants were not open for most of the main places but the cafe and food court had very good food and service,"
