"Mildly Extended stay (four nights) and the room was exceptional. We requested, and were granted, connected rooms. The housekeeping was above average: we tried to be tidy but with several kids involved things sometimes got messy and it was always taken care of. The breakfast was wonderful, would recommend getting the buffet. The pool and hot tub were very accessible and our daughter went daily. Walking distance to Universal but we did utilize the provided shuttle one of our days as well. Staff in the restaurant even remembered our names from day to day.
Overall very good stay, would recommend."
