"The service here is terrible!! The valet was never there when I pulled up. I waited over 10 mins each time. They seem to care more about people eating at the rooftop restaurant more than they do their actual guests. At check in, no one asked me to help with my bags. I also paid for late check out, 50 additional dollars to check out at 3:00 pm, which love that they have that option. However, the next day I got stuck in the elevator because my key stopped working. I couldn’t go up and for some reason the “door open” button was not working. I had an overall terrible experience. The rooftop pool views are amazing but the service absolutely sucks!"
