"My room was nice and the staff was friendly, the tv wasn’t very user friendly when it came to setting up my Xbox"

"Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem....

"Everything was great! Air didn’t work in one of our rooms."

"It was a good stay. Will stay again in the future"

"Checked in my room, looking for TV remote control and found a new rubber, AND a used rubber in the drawer of the dresser. Alerted staff immediately, and left my room for 3 hours. Came back, was told it was handled and the room thoroughly recleaned. Nope, room cleaned but LEFT THE RUBBERS IN THE DRESSER DRAWER! Advised staff, was told they would take care of it asap. Apologies yes, new room or compensation for the condition of my room and that "I" had to remind them more than once ..not good...

"rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay"
