"The room was dirty with lots of dust everywhere ceiling, fan furniture etc covered in dust Furniture was important condition They’re also very close to the freeway so noise level was too much for a good night sleep I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the room. we also had issues with our keys working"

"The hotel and staff were great . The building itself was more the issue , sounded like I was in a cheap apartment complex . I could hear every step from the people above me and I travel often so I am aware that some noise is not abnormal .This was different . I could hear doors shutting and people walking throughout the night pretty loudly … made it hard to sleep ."
