"breakfast varied with lots of options, coffee machine and water machine in lobby. dishes at breakfast were dirty, probably need better cleaning methods. room was clean but shower very small, not suitable for large people. staff very friendly. good location if you want to stay in montemartre. "

"Spent 377 a night and could cool my room because the heater was on,, told by staff and Mgr that it’s an old building so if it’s heated you can’t cool your room, never spent that kind of funds to not have any control of how comfortable your room is. Will NOT come back or reccomend"

"Ok let’s be honest here this hotel is not full of amenities like a bar and a reception room the bedrooms are small. The breakfast is continental but adequate. There is a construction site almost touching the hotel so you won’t get a view.On the plus side the location for all the sights of Paris is terrific the station Ternes is a 4 min walk. The bedroom is spotless bed comfy pillows so soft bathroom shower fabulous great magnifying mirror. Staff friendly . Did it work for us for seeing Paris...

"The family room was 2 rooms next to each other and not enclosed together. One room had a double bed and the other had twin beds. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Rooms were clean but the worn out carpets in both rooms made them feel dinghy and dirty. Expedia VIP perks were also not as expected based on other places within Europe that we have stayed at with VIP perks."

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Staff allowed us to store our luggage before check in. Nearby to metro and bus stations for easy transit around paris. Perfect place for a few days in paris."

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. Late night noise Fri and Sat but this was from people on the street."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Stayed in a deluxe balcony room, and it was very nice. By far the largest hotel I've stayed in in Paris, with a separate room with couch, TV, plus roomy bedroom and bath. Balcony was so cute. Front desk man was very helpful and kind."
