"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient.
The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the...

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay as a group of 4 attending for a wedding nearby. The chateau is beautiful with amazing views. The pool was lovely. The staff could not have been more helpful and were wonderful. We were able to get around easily with uber."
