One of the beds in the 2 bedroom suites was full of black curly pubic hairs where your lower body would lie while sleeping. Not a few, but many. Note to all travelers: Always pull the sheets down and make sure the sheets are clean. I told the front desk, had staff come look, and took pictures. I've never had an experience like this and we were all throughly disgusted.
When we first told the front desk, they said they would send someone to our room. After 20 minutes or so (it was late evening), we called back to front desk to say no one had come. They said someone from maintenance had dropped off some fresh bedding. Sure enough, a bag of bedding was left in the hall. No one knocked on the door to let us know. Now they want us to be housekeeping. I wanted a complete bed linen set replacement. Two men who worked there finally came and remade bed which didn't have a mattress cover and had many stains on the mattress and dirty sheets. This was the most knowingly dirty room we have every stayed at. We've been to this specific hotel several other times and we've never had any complaints. Tried to alert management the next morning, but no one from management was on site (8 am-ish). Makes me wonder if the bed was made up dirty, or if someone with room access used the room and made the bed up after.
