Seems that Expedia. Com doesn’t provide the security deposit information anymore . This has happened to me 2 times in 3 days . The problem with quality inn is , they do not mention a security deposit on travel booking apps along with not issuing a refund when you arrive at the hotel due to no deposit information at all listed on Expedia listing app. I rejected to stay here at quality inn and the property declined my refund . I had to waste time with Expedia who had sold them selves out to low budget hotels that now do not require the property to list any security deposit information . . Finally Expedia issued me a refund which results in 7 to 10 business days to return the funds . Jokes on the customers right ??? What happens if a customer books reservation without knowledge of customer lost at sea not knowing the amount of the security deposit when arriving to the property ??? The property can make up numbers , like $100 or $200 or $500. For a 1 night stay and hold your money for 7 to 10 business days . . You are both a joke quality inn along with Expedia who sold them selves short to hotels by not providing , including the security deposit info with listings on the app . Expedia is just lost at sea hoping for a come back . At the customers losse .
