We left the location of this. It was about a 10 minute walk to the downtown Square. Hotel spotless rooms were clean. Did not really use anything in the hotel or the restaurant or the bar. We were always downtown. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The staff were the stand out highlight of this hotel. From reception through to the bar staff and breakfast staff and room staff - just a 5 star service. Exceptional! Breakfast was a lot of choice - loved the Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit. There is a hot option too. Bed was super comfortable and great pillows. Shower strong - rain shower. Aircon easy to control. Great location - 5 mins from Arena and walkable to loads of restaurants. Never used public transport whilst in Verona. Walked everywhere. 10 mins from main train station and we went to Venice and Lake Garda. Great hotel!

We were made to feel special at all times, with staff consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to help, including assisting us with transportation, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
