"Hotel con aspecto bastante antiguo, solo pude encontrar 1 enchufe y estaba al lado de la puerta del cuarto en el suelo. El aire no enfriaba y la bañera se inundaba, sin hablar del recibimiento estricto en recepción, sobre el check in extremadamente puntual a las 2pm ni un solo minuto antes sin importar si la habitación ya esta disponible."

"This is a good hotel, the Team provides very good service, the facilities are fine and even if they are a little dated, they are well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is fine. The Wi-Fi is temperamental and the front desk Team are particularly helpful. I like this hotel I would come back."

"Location is excellent. Piazza Bra, shopping and the arena all close walking distance, even at night. As a solo female I felt comfortable going for walks at 9-10pm. Also, rooftop bar is unique and they serve great cocktails."
