B&B set in a renovated old Farm and Buildings

The B&B is set in a peaceful, rural location only 10 minutes from the main highway. Also Dawn Nice large clean room with a comfy bed, large bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. There is an independent on-site restaurant serving excellent food in the evening for residents and non-residence. Breakfast is a cold buffet breakfast we found satisfactory.

Noise from restaurant below a factor

This B&B attached to a large restaurant. Totally independent. Our room was right above the restaurant so when people were getting out at night, it was quite loud. The smokers congregated outside and right below our window consequently smoke came up and into our room. Disgusting.The screens on the windows did not keep the mosquitoes out. Room was comfortable and large.

In general its a nice little place out in somewhere nowhere. The only thing I didn't like was the flies who didn't lt me sleep I think a little flycatcher stiky tape would do the trick. And also air-condition werry important, as there is no proper ventilation in the room as only one smallish window amd proper air.

Ero stato in questo posto qualche anno fa con colleghi di lavoro per cena. La struttura ben ristrutturata, localizzata in aperta campagna, posto tranquillo e silenzioso, di sera si può udire il canto di grilli e cicale. Laura che gestisce la struttura, una signora molto simpatica e molto attenta alla soddisfazione della clientela.

Bella struttura, ottimo servizio.

Il posto è molto bello e posizionato in piena campagna, ma comunque vicino a Legnago e a Cerea. Camere grandi e pulite; Laura è molto accogliente e prepara un'ottima prima colazione. Purtroppo il ristorante non è più in funzione.
