Price was ok, but the hotel/room poorly maintained. In the room, the heating could not be regulated by the thermostat, the water pressure was not sufficient for the rain shower to work, and the wifi was fine in the lobby but not functional in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and fine.

Hotel Firenze
This hotel was listed as a 4 star hotel, but it was definitely not. The lobby was very unappealing and basic (I’ve been in Best Western’s that were nicer). Hotel desk employee was not very welcoming.
