"This is a lovely, well located hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff is excellent. I was traveling with my small dog and we enjoyed the proximity to the parks and the tree lined walk directly in front of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorites now!!"

"It was a charming hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are on the smaller side, typical for Europe. But was set up well to account for the lack of flour space with built in cabinets. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower amazing!"

"NOT A 5 STAR!!!
This is at the most a 3 star hotel, this comes from a 15 years of experience of staying in 5 stars. I fell for the reviews, if this is 5 star, Ritz should be 10 stars.
Horrible staff, smelly dirty rooms, carpets with stains, rooms are not cleaned until 5 PM once a day, not set up for sleep in the evenings, we booked for 4 nights, but checked out after 2 and booked a real 5 star at the last minute. . They charge you 5 star prices but amenities are not at the level of a 5 star.
