"Staff was friendly and helpful every time we spoke with them and asked questions. The room and bathroom were very clean. They have small game room with a foosball and ping pong table on the first floor. On the sub-level floor, there’s a small bar and lounge where you can order breakfast and dinner from. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the highlight of my breakfast, I had two glasses of it. I ordered the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich and coffee, they weren’t great. They...

"Séjour exceptionnel au Arlo midtown. Chambre avec terrasse et vue exceptionnelle! Resto de l’hôtel propose une cuisine variée. Une dizaine de minutes de marche de Time square et retour à l’hôtel en soirée pour profiter du bar cozy. Personnel attentionné nous reviendrons assurément !! "

"The room was always kept spotlessly clean, making it very comfortable. Security was excellent, the location was good, and having a Whole Foods Market right opposite was very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stop is at Bryant Park, just a two-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel."

"Super nice hotel, beautifully decorated, very friendly and helpful staff, great location with tons of bars/restaurants close by and subway station only a few blocks away, great coffee shop and bar area in the lobby. Only complaint is their wine selection. There is a wine hr which is great and we got a free bottle for VIP status, but the red was soooo bad.. like not drinkable! If anything they should start buying the $6 Costco bottles and re-label them!"
