"Restaurant for dinner excellent food reasonable cost. Reception staff very helpful. Room clean and modern. We had a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool which was super. Only one plastic cup in the bathroom..no glasses for beverages. Otherwise all ok"

" The pleasant demeanor and the high quality of service of all employees was very welcoming. The bartenders knowledge of the local wine/liquors and suggestions of what to drink was extensive. The chef and restaurant are 5 Star as well! The pool, spa and wellness was thoroughly enjoyed. The location is great, secluded enough, yet within a five minute drive to town and view of the lake was spectacular! We can not think of anything we did not like. At this price point this should be the case and...

The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed. The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day. The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under...
