If you want to be close enough to Bergen, but more secluded and quiet, this is a great place. It’s about a 20 minute drive, right on the water near a relaxed community (little town is about 8 minutes away down some winding roads). The views are great. The structure is nice, different units within…almost like a place you might rent out for a wedding or an event for all guests, but the units are also rentable separately. We stayed in an apartment because we like to have a kitchen to do our own...

These cabins are a hidden gem, about 25 minutes away from Stryn. Top things about it: 1. It’s quiet, peaceful and you feel far away from daily life. 2. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. 3. There’s a kitchen, barbecue and fire pit, so you have many options for eating (as well as for dining out, though that’s further away). 4. Thank you to Lawrence for the second year having a one night stay in this simply fantastic hotel - the food here is to absolutely die for - I nearly embarrassed myself as I wanted to ask if I could have another steak for dessert! Hope to see you again next year maybe!

We had very good experiences at this hotel. It was close to the places that we wanted to visit. Lovely lounge area, good choices for breakfast. From 3-5 complimentary coffee and pancakes, very good touch. Light dinner was included as well which was brilliant. Bus to and from the airport stops just outside the hotel. Brilliant hotel I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bergen for the first time.

Excellent hotel. Friendly professional staff. Large choice at breakfast buffet. Really enjoyed the luxury furniture in the room Hotel is a few minutes from the funicular, port and light rail stop. We walked everywhere.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre. It was clean. The room was small but good. The shower cubicle was not great. The breakfast was very good. There were so many things to select from. Bergen is a very charming place. The prices are very high.

Comfortable quiet clean hotel. Cool filtered water and hot drinks for guests in the foyer were very welcome. Breakfast was good quality with a lot of choice. Bed was very comfortable with super soft duvets and pillows. Great location too being so close to all the main sights. It was our first time in Bergen so we appreciated being able to walk to all the galleries , museums, market etc.

Lovely apartment but up a very steep hill, Apartment had everything you needed, really comfortable beds, lovely lounge area and kitchen, only 10mins to harbour. Bathroom had a washer but no dryer. Would recommend but not for anyone that can't climb up a, steep road.
