"This is not the stay we were expecting from the photos, which are clearly edited. The diner is long closed and the rooms are shabby with peeling ceilings and broken tubs. The neighborhood is a tent city with droves of unhoused persons in various states of intoxication. The location was handy for getting around and the tv channels were excellent. Lots of parking was available."

"The only downfalls were that we had to pay extra for an early check-in and when we called the front desk in the night no one amswered the phone."

Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. The property grounds disappointed too, as these areas are also in a state of disrepair, including an overgrown weed filled garden and a terrace cluttered with an unsightly pile of outdoor furniture stacked carelessly against the...

"Is an older facility showing its age but rooms were large beds very comfortable and it was clean. Staff very responsive."

"This motel was very low end not worth the money we paid. Buyer beware. The motel is old and run down. It had a homeless camp feel to it. It came with good reviews that is why we chose it but now that I stayed there a weekend it was a huge mistake. Did not feel safe staying there."

"Great location - walking distance to Ganges with all the restaurants and harbour side. Restaurant in hotel very convenient and great for breakfast first thing in the morning. Hotel looks very nice and well maintained. Close to Long Harbour ferry terminal as well and convenient for all sightseeing within the island. For EV drivers, there are EV chargers across the street at Moby's Pub. No issue getting around the island without charging anyways. Ample parking as well. Overall a good stay"
