"Our room had no curtaim so there was a full sunlight on our faces in the morning so we couldn't sleep in. There was no mini fridge in the room. We called about the thermostat saying it's low on battery and stopped working while rhe room was freezing and the employee that answered said it's a very complicated job and he will send someone when they can. Nobody came."

"First time staying at this brand of hotel. Not impressed. First impression was a dirty toilet. Then a nasty stained bath towel. Random hair in the bathroom and on the nightstand. Missing light covers, cords hanging from the AC unit... not a warm and fuzzy place. Breakfast was adequate. Lobby was nice. Parking and location easy. Price was ok for the area, but I would have expected a cleaner room for the price I paid."

"Washer and dryer are each $4.00. By far, the most expensive that I have come across all over the U.S. You only get a 30-minute late check out before they add additional charges."

"A great place to stay at the edge of the historic district. It’s old and well preserved and the woodwork is solid and intricately carved, beautiful glass and chandeliers, games and comfy furniture. Guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are lots of places to sit upstairs and down, and on the porches. The hosts are friendly and the breakfasts are special; sign up for your choices the night before. You can call the hosts before you book if you have questions and speak to a real human. If...

"Nice spot for Kzoo. Glad there are more nice options downtown. The room was nice and spacious. Clean room bathroom. But the dishes were all used gross like they rinsed them and put them back but I always wash dishes wherever I go. But there was a dishwasher coulda just started the load. I’d stay again."

"It’s been a long time since I’ve rated a stay low. I always take time to look at ratings prior to booking. Surprised this location was a 9/10. It all started at check in, the two gentlemen working the desk were a bit odd to be working a front desk. They seemed a little out of it. They couldn’t figure out which rooms others have been booked into so they were going to rooms to check if anyone was in there already. They lost our paperwork and keys multiple times at the front desk while checking...

"The location and grounds were excellent for our needs. In our opinions the bathrooms could use upgrades - better lighting and venting. And we noticed floor dirt/ dust/ debris the would go more than a day before being removed. Appreciated staff and breakfasts."
