"Very nice and new with free car chargers out front. We were there the morning the cook who makes omelets wasn’t there but the staff in the kitchen made us fresh scrambled eggs."

"The curtains had holes in them. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets were old and thin. I feel bad with this review bc the owners were very nice. The rooms need updating. They also had a sign on the wall about if you didn't take your makeup off they would charge you for any stains. I find that so tasteless bc I had holes in my curtains. The shower soap was also watered down and the bar of soap was so tiny you wouldn't be able to use it more than 2 times. I didn't get any...

"This property is always well maintained. The room is spotless. And the breakfast is different each day and always a great start to your day. The location is convenient to highway and Zion without all the traffic in town. This is our third year staying here and will again next year."

"Our "accessible room" didn't actually have an accessible bathroom - toilet too low and no grab bars."

"Everything was pretty good other than they staff checking me in asked me my preference of room location. I asked for whatever room would stay the coolest and be the quietest. They put me on the ground floor and in a room on the side of the freeway. So I was able to listen to freeway traffic throughout the night. Other than that, the staff were super friendly and helpful (maybe they think that side is quiet?)."

"We showed up last night around 11pm. The first room we went to was not ever cleaned by room service. Bed sheets were undone, towels everywhere. They assigned us a different room and it was the same thing. We left. Wasn’t expecting anything spectacular, but they couldn’t even do the bare minimum here."

"Dirty room, phone didn't work, shower was almost unusable, breakfast was terrible. Waffles, white bread for toast and a couple of choices of cereal. We had to root around to plug the TV in. Manager was ok. I'd never stay there again!!"
