"I booked 2 nights in this hotel with my friends. On the booking it says there are roll away beds for an extra charge. We had another friend join while on the trip. We arrived and the hotel lobby was so incredibly hot, meanwhile outside is already so hot walking from the train station to the hotel. We had no help with 6 luggage’s to our room and the communication with the host was almost impossible. We were told there were no rollaway beds in the first place.
