Them when you get there on the site said you have until 19:00 to check in, when you get there no one was there and didn’t answered the phone and plus the address on the reservation it’s completely different from the actual place! Terrible experience! "

"Zero communication from the booking agency. The apartment was filthy. Bed sheets, curtains, bathroom, walls, and floors are all dirty! Knats and Bed Bugs too!!!!
