"This is an amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions. We had to change our room because the AC was not working and the staff upgraded us to a much larger room and the AC worked fine. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that’s planning to stay in Vicenzia."

"Amazing hotel that’s close to everything in Vicenza. Air conditioning and the swimming pool were an added bonus. Not an issue, but the rooms don’t have microwaves. Breakfast was delicious every day of our stay!"
