"The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. "The stay was amazing. Meco saw us walking down the hill from the train station and pulled over to ask if we happened to be coming to his B&B, and gave us a ride! Daniella made an amazing breakfast spread every morning and was so helpful giving suggestions of places to eat and things to do around the town! The room was so nice and comfy, with great air conditioning and such a comfortable bed, especially compared to some of the other B&Bs we stayed in during our 3 week trip of the country. I...

"The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area.
