"Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."
