"No one available at Check in…had to hunt someone down, and then just wasn’t up to Hilton customer service standards. The room was nice and clean however the shower needs work….mildew stains, barely hot water and the bottom panel of shower door loose with exposed screw and thus making movement of shower door tight. Checkout clerk was amazing and very helpful!!"

"We've stayed at this location multiple times. It works for parents with kids visiting museums and events in downtown Rochester. It's only 15 from downtown. The positives include affordable, reasonably clean, an included decent breakfast, plenty of parking, and comfortable beds. The mediocre is that the rooms lack places to hang clothes and towels in the bathrooms, the walkways in the room are tight, the bathroom fixtures are warn and sometimes take fiddling to make work properly, the dining room is best early in the morning because it gets very full as the morning goes later, and the pool can be overly crowded depending on time of day. It's not posh, but it's good value for the money and we've never had problems with noise or unresponsive staff."
