The room was good, we took the side that has a view to the Harbour on the second floor. Apparently there was some construction near the Harbour, though there was no sound or any disturbances to our room. Room as such was comfortable. Ensuite Bathroom is small, specifically the sink. Arbutus Inn
It was exactly what was expected. Clean and basic. Low rate for Victoria and close to everything. My only criticism would be the chair in the room was quite uncomfortable. But beds terrific.
