"Very nice facility."

"Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working...

"The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, evening opening the security doors as we came back late from a concert! Breakfast were healthy and filling."

"Locating the hotel and obtaining parking is very difficult, especially when they have the only street into the hotel blocked off. Must carry your luggage to and from your parked car 15 minutes. Check in is 3pm. Our room was not ready until 4:30. It makes all the plans you have change due to late availability of room. Room was nice and large as was the bathroom. Beds a bit soft and low to the floor. Room was very quiet."

"The bathroom is small and the door swings inward with very little space to spare. Be aware that the waterslide only opens at 5 on Friday and closes at 1 on Sunday so we never got to use it."

"Accommodations were nice. However, there was a kid's baseball tournament in town and they were running around the hallways while parents partied...lots of slamming doors, shouting and laughing well past 10:00 pm. I was told a day in advance that there would be absolutely no early check-in available.for anyone. This was untrue. many others that attended the same event as I did told me that they showed up before 2:00 and were checked in."

"I put $100 deposit and i called today for the third time and they said its been processed from their and .But i didn’t get it back on my visa , and its since long weekend easter in April .First and last time I stayed here ."

"Parking was onsite and easy. Check in was good. Asked for a late check out by email and was told subject to availability. Asked again at check in and was told they’d have to see in the morning. I was running a half marathon in the morning and needed to know if I’d have a place to shower post run. Had to call at 7am and was finally granted an hour. WiFi was good but TV wasn’t a smart TV which is always nice."

"The suite I had was very clean. Loved the walk in shower. 2 televisions one In bedroom one in living room area. Sofa pulled out for bed . Bed was super comfortable. Pretty good breakfast. Served just about everything you'd want for breakfast. I recommend this hotel."

"We ended up getting stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes, nobody at the front desk answered the help button or acknowledged the alarm ringing. We went to London to watch the pbr show and ended up missing the whole beginning and missing our dinner reservations. Only got help when we heard a couple talking outside of the elevator and we told them we were stuck through the door and they said they would go let the front desk know. It was extremely hot in the elevator after about 15 minutes and...

"Breakfast staff during the week: Donna was wonderful! She always greeted with a good morning, advised what breakfast is on that day, asked how our stay is going & answered questions all in a upbeat polite manner. She is super friendly & personable. Food was great. Check in & check out staff were also personable & friendly! Room was clean, cleaning staff also great to deal with. A ton of available parking. We would definitely stay there again & recommend to family & friends."

The room was lovely, breakfast was delicious, and the sprawling layout of the property (which has a very interesting history!) meant you got to see a lot of the grounds to get to your room. If walking is a barrier for you, this hotel may be challenging, as there are many long hallways needed to get to the rooms, but there is an elevator and it did seem easy to navigate by wheelchair or other mobility aid. "My bill vs what I was expecting from their emails was way off. #1 bad exchange rate, CAD to US. #2 Invoice did NOT match my credit card statement. We will be avoiding Sheraton hotels in our future travels for this reason. The actual hotel was great for our cousin reunion."
