This is a GREAT hotel to stay at if you want to stay in a clean, safe room in the heart of all the action. We enjoyed all of the fun things so close to this location. The room was everything we needed. Clean, quiet, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The lobby area is kept very clean and is a nice area to read or look out at the city passing by. You are a 10 minute walk from everything. So much fun! Ruby's downstairs is a great breakfast spot with friendly staff who are informative about the city.

The past two times I’ve stayed in Victoria (from Ottawa), the Best Western has been awesome. Great location, super sweet staff, not too pricey. I don’t spend much time in my room so it doesn’t need to be the fanciest, but it is very comfortable. Will be returning again next year!

We left another hotel to come here and it was, as always, lovely. Staff is fantastic, amenities are great, location is ideal for downtown tourism. Will definitely stay here again and regret our first night in Victoria was spent elsewhere.

Service was wonderful. Room was clean. Had to ask for 3rd set of towels even though pre-booked. Although we thoroughly enjoyed the note and chocolates, it was meant for another reservation. Loved the valet service. Best of all was the location. Quiet but close to all the tourist attractions. Loved the old buildings in the area too. Victoria down by the water is amazing!

The hotel is a little tired but the staff were great and the suite we had was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown Victoria so was noisy on the Saturday night - to be expected. I will however, never understand providing tv with terrible cable channels and no Netflix - this is 2026 guys! Good value for money overall

The location was great. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were friendly. I was uncertain about the location when I was booking because of my car but the valet parking was not too expensive and it took away all the concerns.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Inner Harbour, downtown, and many attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and included a kitchenette, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. We really recommend this hotel and will book again!
