Hi Arlene,I would like to apologize for the stressful experience. The door code we have sent was not delivered. I have reached out the Expedia platform. This is due to a recent technical issue for the messaging system on the Expedia booking platform. This is a system wide situation we have experienced with the booking platform. Hello Shuk,We apologize for the oversight regarding the chocolate sauce. We've spoken to our chef since, and have taken in account that not all guests love chocolate sauce with their pancakes. We'll serve it on the side next time. We do list our breakfast menu at the sign by the breakfast room entrance.
