The room was incredibly clean, well furnished with little extras like a coffee and tea station, extra towels (and yes they were in the shape of a swan), and all the amenities I need from wine glasses to soap and conditioner. "Breakfast was terrible and extremely expensive for what you get. Highly recommend you don't pay for the "free" breakfast. We were extremely disappointed. There is a Cafe right downstairs."

"Beautiful hotel with welcoming staff. Our room was perfect. Clean and very stylish. luxury from top to bottom. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with a very good choice of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, meats, cheese, eggs,salad. Pastries & cakes too! Hotel location was fabulous. Short walk to restaurants through the historic streets was an absolute delight, especially in the evenings."

"Ich habe das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht und vor Ort trotzdem keines erhalten. Das Hotelpersonal ist zwar nett aber geholfen hat mir mit dem Problem trotzdem niemand. Das Zimmer war auch nicht mit Blick aufs Meer. Und die Sauberkeit ist zwar gegeben aber generell ist das Hotel recht abgewohnt und alt. Aber vielleicht gibt es unterschiedliche Zimmerkategorien. Mir persönlich hat es nicht gefallen."

"The entrance to the hotel is lovely. The rooms are standard. Lack of plugs, usb charging in the telephones which took overnight to charge my phone. Soundproofing wasn't the best either, needed a room change as was woken up at 7am but a constant banging for above our room. Staff was lovely. You have access to the free sundbeds on the beach although, they don't like you taking your own food and drink there as want you to purchase from their bar.
