"Absolute GEM on Gozo What a fantastic boutique hotel. The room was incredibly clean, well furnished with little extras like a coffee and tea station, extra towels (and yes they were in the shape of a swan), and all the amenities I need from wine glasses to soap and conditioner. "Breakfast was terrible and extremely expensive for what you get. Highly recommend you don't pay for the "free" breakfast. We were extremely disappointed. There is a Cafe right downstairs."

"We chose to stay at the Hyatt for a special birthday coupled with a much needed break. We enjoyed a pleasant welcome and most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The team went above and beyond to recognise the birthday and it made the stay even more special. "Room immaculately made up every day. Good supply of tea coffee ect. Good fitness centre and pool although chlorine a bit strong. Handy for bus to airport and Valletta. Walking distance to Gozo ferry. Paradise Dive Centre across the road offering try dives, guided dives and dive courses. Would book again "

The staff member who checked me in was pleasant but unfortunately a couple who were Infront were struggling to understand what she was saying and there was not much helping them it was almost well it's your fault you can't understand... "Good central location room was clean we got a room with a balcony with a nice view of the pool and lake and bus outside the hotel and pool was nice, breakfast is decent but could have better options for other religions, staff was ok and the area everything is very close by like restaurants and a shopping centre"

"We hebben een prima verblijf gehad en leuke centrale locatie met veel restaurants in de buurt om iets te eten. Wij hadden een kamer aan de linkerkant van het hotel waardoor we geen last hadden van het geluid van de beach clubs aan de boulevard. Er is niet echt een strand dus je bent al snel gebonden aan de verschillende betaalde beachclubs die vlakbij liggen en die bij een van de andere hotels horen."
