"This was our third time staying at this property. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. This Inn does feel like it is a family business: staff take the time to engage in conversations, provide helpful tips and answer a multitude of questions. The rooms are quaint and include small fridge and microwave and bathrobes. You really cannot beat the location and the view. They also provide a very decent breakfast that you can bring to your room if you wish. This has become our go-to place...

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Brentwood in terms of the accommodation. The restaurant was closed and ‘The Pub’ was average at best. Our tiramisu was fridge freezer cold and had hidden parchment paper underneath.. we were not offered a refund and it put a sour taste on our eating experience.
The location of the resort is great with plenty of parking and we walked to Butchart gardens."
