"My daughter‘s Apple Watch was stolen while we were out for the day on Saturday. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign up stating no housekeeping services would be requested. Additionally, our fire alarm had been removed from our wall and was sitting in a drawer, and we did not realize that until our second morning. The lady who runs the breakfast is incredibly rude and suggested we fill a water bottle for my daughter in the bathroom instead of her being willing to fill it from the kitchen sink right behind her. Waiting for a callback from management, will update if anything has been addressed."

"It is a basic but very pleasant facility. It has been apparently fairly recently refreshed and renovated. Our king bed suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. The only draw back is the lack of an elevator to the second floor where all the king rooms are located. Breakfast was adequate with waffles, hot and cold cereal, toast, and fresh fruit. We enjoyed the stay. "
