"The first line on your booking is about the pool. No pool. Had to wait until 6pm to check in. Then the room was fast cleaned- linens and fresh towels but that is were it stopped. Bathroom has dirt caked on moulding, paint clipping and falling off the roof. The wall next to the bed had something going down it. I wouldn't make anything in that coffee machine until it was dipped into cleaning solution. The stairwell leading up to my room was so dark day or night I needed a flashlight bc you couldn't see the steps PLUS is reeked of human piss. We stayed the weekend of the Onion Festival and it was hard to get a spot to park bc people wanting to go to the carnival parked in the hotels parking lot."
