"Cet hotel merite ses 4 etoiles. Les chambres sont bien aménagées. Le buffet du petit dejeuner et celui du soir ont un excellent rapport qualité prix. "It was a wonderful value for a first class hotel. The keycards were a problem for the entire 3 days. But the politeness of the staff made up for the card problems. Breakfast was very tasty, but the chai was not good at all. Fix the keycards and chai and it would be the best hotel in Kolkata!"

"Generally good. Lovely Heritage hotel. Nice rooms. Short ride from Park Street and the tourist attractions but nothing that great near the hotel. Staff were generally pleasant. Main issue was hygiene. Whilst the hotel appeared clean, I saw a mouse in the restaurant one evening and a member of staff putting a used plate back in the cupboard without washing."

"I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. There is good mall nearby and a few decent eateries."
