It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost.

3 days stay in the end of September

The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre.

L'hôtel était plutôt agréable et bien spacieux. L'accueil très sympathique et les personnes qui font l'entretien sont hyper souriante...Bravo Il faudrait peut être revoir la literie des chambres Petite déception pour la piscine car il faut payer 5€ par personne et par heure pour y accéder alors que ca devrait être compris dans le prix Le petit déjeuner est bien varié

Hotel que deve ter tido seus dias de glória, hj as instalações estão antigas, nada que comprometa, mas se percebe que a estrutura está ultrapassada. Para um hotel de uma região tão fria, ter piso frio nos banheiros é um pênalti. Se não buscarem uma atualização, vão ficar parado no tempo.

Buen hotel, había un pequeño problema con la ventana y avisamos manteniento. Tiene un parking gratis justo delante, aunque en temporada alta no será tan fácil aparcar. Les avisamos que en Google maps aparecían en 2 direcciones de Viella. Trato muy amable y cordial. Spa pequeño pero bien.

El hotel está un poco decrépito que no se corresponde con las fotos. La piscina hay que pagar 5€, me quedé perplejo por el precio que había pagado por la noche. Cogimos la media pensión, que es la cena y es un buffet de una calidad ínfima y está todo revuelto. Nos quejamos y el hotel nos respondió muy bien. El desayuno, en cambio, es muy bueno y realmente vale la pena.

Me ha dejado sorprendida. Estuvimos en una habitación muy amplia y limpia. El hotel el muy bonito y esta muy bien ubicado. No nos hizo falta el coche para movernos dentro de la ciudad. El personal también fue muy amable. Sin duda repetiremos 😊

Piscine fermée sans information préalable !

Hôtel bien placé et confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Petit bémol toutefois : nous avons réservés cet hôtel spécialement pour la piscine intérieure chauffée, mais celle ci était fermée pour travaux à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pas été prévenu en amont. Aucun geste commercial consenti par l'hôtel suite à ce désagrément. Nous aurions changé d'hôtel si nous l'avions su plus tôt !! À quasiment 100€ la nuit c'est inadmissible.
