"Séjour décevant pour un hôtel affiché comme 4 étoiles.
Le rapport qualité‑prix n’est pas au rendez‑vous. Le petit déjeuner est entièrement en self‑service, sans aucune présence du personnel pour débarrasser ou maintenir l’espace propre. Les clients doivent tout faire eux‑mêmes, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas au niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
Le personnel de l’hôtel passe la majorité du temps assis à l’extérieur, en groupe, à boire des cafés et fumer juste à côté...

"Great location and friendly staff. Basic room. Towels were changed every day.
Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available during my stay from June 7 to June 12. I was first told the issue would be fixed within two days, but after those two days passed, another staff member informed me that there was an outage affecting the neighborhood and that the connection would only be restored on June 12, the day I was checking out.
This was very disappointing, especially since reliable internet was one...

"夜12時近くの飛行機でマルセイユ空港に到着。ホテルの案内にはシャトルバスは5時から12時まで可能、と書いてあったが、ピックアップポイントの呼び出しボタンを鳴らしても、フランス語の自動音声しか流れず、フロントに繋がらなかった。事前に、エクスペディアのメッセージ機能で、夜11時以降の到着便で来るが、シャトルバスを問題なく使えるか問い合わせていたが、回答はなかった。
多分、12時近い到着では、シャトルバスは使えないと考えていた方がよい。フランス語だけでなく、英語での自動音声も欲しかった。翌朝の空港までのシャトルバスは問題なく使えた。"

"Superb location that can’t be beat. A short walk to the beach, to the port, to amazing gelato.
The staff is wonderful. Helpful, kind, with a smile.
The room was clean and well maintained, but the AC struggled with the 30 degree weather, and the room stayed hot through the night (25C downstairs which was hard to put kid to sleep). The layout is also a bit weird, with the bathroom down the creaking circular staircase, a challenge when half asleep.
