"Hôtel vieillissant. Peinture écaillée dans les couloirs, odeur d'humidité. Ménage perfectible dans les chambres: poubelle salle de bain non vidée, grille VMC salle de bain pleine de poussière. Plus rien au petit déjeuner en arrivant 45 min avant la fin. Plis de vienoisseries, plus de café, plus de jus d orange. Quelques tranches de brioche sèches sûrement de la veille voire plus. Malgré ma remarque, aucun geste commercial en compensation. Cela aurait été appréciable. "

"Habitación enana sin espacio para moverte, dejada, anticuada, destartalada, sin mantenimiento ninguno. Un esquinero suelto dejado por las esquinas, las mantas tiradas dentro del armario, una balda de cristal del baño suelta y abandonada sobre el lavabo, los grifos sueltos giraban, ... un desastre. Que sea un hostal no quiere decir que tenga que estar como una pocilga. No era una habitación que mantuviese un mínimo de dignidad."

By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. Les is about a 30 min drive but far enough to be uncrowded and quiet. Stayed with my GF and...

"Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent très pénibles. La literie est correct. Le personnel a l'accueil et très serviable et souriant. Piscine et sauna trop petit pour le nombre d'appartements."
