I am disabled and asked for a ground level unit as I was advised to do jn the past by their own customer service rep. I asked for this 2-1/2 months in advance. They told me I could have one at another property in a different part of the city. I specifically had a reason for staying in this neighborhood and this was my 3rd stay at this property. They refused to accommodate my request and told me next time I should choose a property with wheelchair access. I do not need a wheelchair. I just have trouble with stairs and dragging luggage up stairs. Really horrible people the just kept arguing. The unit was moldy and smelled like sewer and is poorly maintained. The shower temperature changes constantly and amenities were broken or missing. Very disappointing experience with rude and disrespectful staff. Never again!
